From the beginning, 757 SPORTS CONNECTION has been driven by the interests and involvement of our incredible Hampton Roads Community of passionate Citizens and the successful of our Tidewater Area Sports athletes. Our platform is always growing, and we are focused on improving our collection of content and enhancing the Digital Media Experience. Stan Ham
Head of Operations
Products Services Delivery Strategy
​
Stan serves as head of Operations for our Organization. In this position his responsibility includes directing and managing the effective delivery of all products and services. He also focuses on building the Leadership team and leading the organization to fulfill it's mission. He is a former Corporate Executive and Federal Senior Manager. His focus included Sales Management, Corporate Training and Organizational Behavior. He and his teams have garnered multiple awards, including the organizations' highest honors. These honors distinguished his teams as top performers in each organization he has served. Stan has a Bachelors of Science degree from Christopher Newport University and is a US Army Veteran. He continues to support his Hampton Roads community thru donations to his alma mater and other charitable organizations.

Strategy
Bob serves as part of the leadership team for our organization. Wearing many hats and adding to the overall experience to our online community. Bob and his wife Gigie currently serve as full-time Instructors and staff with University of the Nations. This year he was part of a team that launched an online school that lectures took place in Asia and had students over 24 nations and the lectures were translated into 6 different languages live. Due to Covid-19,Bob & Gigie can’t physically travel but have made a pivot to everything online and increased the footprint of the impact of their involvement with UofN. Bob is part of a team creating Online classrooms for various courses at UofN, developing strategies to assist locations that do not have the physical resources to have onsite classes. Bob is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication.
Rickey Brown

Strategy

Rickey is a strategic thinker, action taker, business consultant and leads the Marketing and business development strategy for our team. He is graduate of the University of Richmond, E. Claiborne Robins School of business with a BA degree in Management Systems and Marketing. Rickey played collegiate D1 football at the University of Richmond and was the team's leading receiver during the 1975 and 1976 seasons. He also played high school football at Hampton High for the Crabbers under the legendary coach Mike Smith. Professionally, he enjoyed a successful corporate career in Product Marketing, Business Development and Sales with IBM and Honeywell. He also has an affiliation with Sports Management Worldwide as a certified "agent advisor" in athletes management.
